Elite Technical Team Structure
JRAD’s Elite Technical Team is a 10‑role, 22% equity allocation structure designed for the development of the JMPS Magnetic Flight Suit and related magnetic platforms.
Tier 1 — Core Architecture (3 Roles)
- Lead Systems Architect / CTO — 5% Defines the full magnetic architecture and system blueprint.
- Principal Design Engineer – Propulsion — 5% Designs the core multi‑field propulsion system.
- Power Systems Lead — 5% Architects the regenerative electrical backbone.
Tier 2 — Engineering & Integration (5 Roles)
- Senior Embedded Systems Architect — 1% Firmware, control logic, and system intelligence.
- Senior Mechanical Integration Lead — 1% Physical assembly, ergonomics, and structural integration.
- Senior AI Architect (2 roles) — 2% Sensor fusion, adaptive control, and autonomous behavior.
- Senior Fabrication Engineer — 1% Prototype fabrication and precision assembly.
- Senior Program Management Lead (2 roles) — 2% Milestones, documentation, and cross‑team coordination.
